I’m a multimedia artist. This means that I use Ink, watercolour, acrylic, gouache, digital, pencils and so on. Sometimes I combine several and other times I keep it simple. Each creation needs what it needs and what time permits.
Commission info: The last commissions for 2020 have been completed. Commissions are closed for now, and I don’t expect to open again again in 2020. However, if you are interested in hiring me then you are still very welcome to contact me for information and updates on commissions.
If you are interested in any of my original unsold paintings or drawings don’t hesitate to write me! 🙂 Most of them are for sale. A proper “buy” option will be added to the website in the future.

My art history: is short. I’ve always had a love-hate relationship with art that resulted in only a few pieces every year. I was okay with that. Back then I only cared about writing.
In 2019 this changed. I lost someone dear to me and writing seemed impossible. Something clicked in my brain. I found myself not caring about all the mistakes I made when drawing. I just fully enjoyed it, and it took my mind off things.
In the spring I started with ink pens, and instead of drawing what artists used to tell me to draw, I just drew what I felt like. Usually mushroom or robot fairytale worlds. I figured it was “allowed” since no one was looking. Some weeks later I had a crazy moment, and shared a drawing on Instagram where few people I knew were following me at that time. And even more crazy? It didn’t kill me 😛 Mistakes and all where right there for people to see, but they were so nice about it. I eventually felt brave enough to share on my personal Facebook profile, which lead to the next major point on my journey.
Around summer time I decided to play with acrylic paints. It was here I made my first galaxy painting. I shared it on Facebook and then my jaw dropped. “How much?” a comment said. The painting was sold before I knew it, and so many showed interest and suddenly I had commissions! I spent that summer painting, and having so much fun!
In the fall I joined my first exhibition. I learned about this place, only three weeks or so before it took place. I had no paintings at home since all had been commissioned. I spent those three weeks painting. I shared my progress, and some paintings were sold before the exhibition. I still got to bring them with me 😉 I was very worried beforehand. I knew my art was going to be very different, but again, my personal demons got a big ass-kicking. It went so well! I only had two paintings with me when I went home, and was number two for the ‘artist of the year’ prize. What really made it so amazing was talking to people. I talked to so many strangers, about everything I do and the things I create. I felt loved because every hour at least one friend dropped by to talk and hang out (Thanks guys!).
Finally, in 2020 my illustrator debut happened. I was hired by the publisher: Forlaget Empey to illustrate three chapters in a Christmas story “Jul i Juls-minde” for adults. The book was published on October 31 2020. I’m still surprised it happened and I’m glad I had tried commission work before, because it helped me a great deal. It helped me better plan my time realistically and deal with any self-doubt. I’m also grateful for the fact that it was this type of project. I believe it was a good place to get my feet wet.
So that was it: my art history so far. Very affected by the kindness of friends and strangers alike. A fact that I’ll never forget.
